Additional information
1. Leader of...
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. San Andreas Highway Patrol

2. A) I'd like to become the leader of SAHP to start my leadership career the proper way. After gaining exstensive managment knowledge and experiance in the demanding environments of LSPD and Gov, I want to bring that structure and knowledge to raise this organization back to the standards it once upheld.

B) I'd like to be the leader of sahp to prove a well organized team can achieve wonders anywhere. Teamwork is the key to success in all organizations. In my term we'd hit the ground running, being ready to respond to globals, daily checkpoints and PR events, alongside around the clock open recruitments, lead by a full team of professional and organized individuals, ready to work together with all orgs.

C) Finally, I want to introduce more roleplay into the project, and that starts with the organization's. I personally feel sahp has tons of potential in terms of increasing roleplay. From everyday traffic stops, Air support units within highway patrol, store robberies to subs. Every scenario within San Andreas Highway patrols jurisdiction is unique and full of potential. Together, our team alongside, other leaders, we can achieve wonders.

3. As leaders of an organization on the project, we, alongside our team, are the examples of roleplay to everyone. Whether it's selling insurance at HQ, hostage situations, or during an arrest, the opportunities to roleplay are endless. My team and I, are focused on raising the roleplay on every level. From every day conversations, hosting meetings, opening up departmental opportunities, how we handle all types of situations, to how we present ourselves when we stand before the judge. We look forward to working with the other leaders in bringing more realism to the project.
