Hello dear admin team,
First of all, the situation is this: I made a mistake once. A player named Duru Hurmaci opened a forum account against me on January 4, 2026, and the video recording was taken on that date. Now she has opened another one against me and received approval. I don't understand, screen recordings have a 48-hour limit, but I'm getting a 10-day screen recording ban here, plus a 2-hour silence. Please help!

I didn't open a forum account against you, I opened threads against you and I've been doing my best to conclude the forum quickly since the first day. I talked to the FIB email so that they could look at the forum, I had conversations with Kira, but I didn't get any results and the forum was concluded after 10 days.
