Dear Curator of the project,

I am writing regarding a punishment that was issued to my account, which I believe was applied to me by mistake. After reviewing the original report thread, it is clear that the punishment was intended for a different player 337597. The admin who handled the report confirmed the correct ID 337597 in the thread closure, but unfortunately the last two digits were swapped when the punishment was issued and as a result, the penalty was mistakenly applied to my ID 337579 instead of the actual reported player.

At the time this happened, I was on a break from the game and was not active in the game at all. I was never involved in the situation mentioned in the report, and I also received no notification about any punishment since I wasn’t playing.

When I returned and discovered the issue, I immediately tried to appeal it. However, my appeal was rejected on the basis that I did not submit it within 48 hours.

With all due respect, I had no way of knowing about the punishment in the first place because:
1- I was not involved in the incident in the 1st place.
2- The report was never about me.
3- I was offline and inactive during that period.

I then tried to explain this situation, but instead of the issue being reviewed, I was additionally warned for “abusing complaints” and for not following appeal rules.

This feels very unfair considering the punishment itself was issued to the wrong person.

I work around 10 hours a day and only have limited time to play. Being forced to spend hours in jail or carry warnings on my record for something I never did is extremely frustrating, especially when the mistake clearly originated from an admin side mixing up IDs.

All I am asking is for my login history logs and the original thread Approved - FL | 337597 to be properly reviewed as they will clearly show
1- That the report was aimed at another player.
2- My ID was never mentioned
3- The punishment was applied to me by accident.

I respectfully request that this punishment and the related warning be removed from my account, as I should not be penalized for an error that was not my fault.

Your complain is 2 year old case read rules of complaint section!
No one will review 2 Years old complain !
