Life Story:
Izz ElDeen grew up in a mid range family in a small town Paleto Bay, San Andreas. His father worked as a police officer, a man who did his job properly. When Izz was 18 years old, one of his friends invited him to take part in some deals for a good amount of money. Things were going well until his friend got caught and asked Izz for help. Izz couldnt help him because his father was a police officer. His friend saw this as a betrayal and ended up in jail. After couple of years, his friend was released from prison. One night at 2 am, Izz’s father got an emergency call from the department. He packed his gear and left. 3 hours later, Izz’s family got a call saying that his father has been shot and died. Izz lived a miserable life asking himself, “Why my father?” Years later, Izz decided to join the police academy to continue his fathers legacy.
Career Story:
Izz was able to join the police academy. After some time working hard and learning the rules, he received his first promotion and joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol as a Trooper 1. After 6 months of working with pride and respect, Izz became a U.S. Marshal one of the highest and most trusted positions. One day, Izz went to the department to take his gear and responded to a store robbery. When he arrived, he realized the suspect was his old friend who had once asked him for help. Seeing him brought back memories of his father and what had happened to him. After the robbery was over, Izz took his friend but not to prison. Izz was unsure about his actions, but he wanted to find out if this was the man who had killed his father. He took him to a place no one would know about, tied him to a chair, and tortured him. This went on for 3 days, until his friend finally confessed that he had killed Izz’s father as revange for Izz's betrayal. Izz had no other choice and killed him. After that, Izz start doing it more. Sometimes he asked money and guns in exchange for releasing people. He made deals with gangs for extra money. Izz now had more power than any gangster in the city.
Outcomes:
1. Izz can torture/Interrogate People for information and by using truth serum using ( /try 2 times per situation ) [ NO Killing ]
2. Izz can take bribes ( 100K and Guns/Ammo/illegal stuff [ Max 100K Worth ] )
3. Izz can lie about the request of a Lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
4. Izz will without any Doubt help his family and closest friends. Releasing them if they are in cuffs, dropping their charges and letting them
escape.
5. Izz can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
6. Izz can do criminal activities. For example, Ghetto clap, Buy, Sell, or Use any type of illegal items and Weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
7. Izz can Leak/Receive information To/From Criminals in exchange for money.
8. Izz can be disrespect/rude when talking to other people ( Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19 )
9. Izz can cuff other LEOs and Break their bodycams to avoid getting caught. ( NO targeting or PG )
