Hello Higher Ups,
I’m writing to appeal the ban on my account 99680.
I opened this account today only to pay my house tax. Yesterday, I played for roughly 5–10 minutes at most. After that, I did not actively play or use the account. Despite this, the account was banned for cheats along with GR 1.1 and 1.2. I want to clearly state that I have never used cheats. I was surprised to see the ban, especially since the account was barely used and only opened for house payments. Additionally, my twink account was also banned for cheats. That account has not been used for many days either, except for opening it briefly.
I respectfully request you to please review both accounts. For sure it is misunderstanding. My only social account is (Navjot_Gamer)
