1 I have actual leadership experience with a gang
I was the deputy of families and marabunta so I now know how to lead a gang professionally manage members keep discipline and organize activities while being in line with rp rules.
2 i want to build a strong and organised vagos
vagos has a lot of potential and my goal is to create an active loyal and structured gang where every member knows the position they have within the gang and works cooperatively as a team.
3 i take rp and long term growth seriously.
i want vagos to be known for both power and quality rp and to be based on the principles of training communication and consistent long term development within the organisation.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1 emphasise storytelling not just having gunfights members also have to create meaningful scenarios in their roleplay - things like negotiating back stabbing joining forces etc longterm conflict.
2 fully train new members new members should know how to roleplay stay in character play by the rules and respect others to maintain a high quality of rp
3 regular communication within the organisation regular meetings with plans and a clear direction give each member an understanding of their place in the organisation which allows them to act authentically in their character's setting while remaining aware of other members rps.
4 recognise and reward members for their roleplay efforts members who display unique and serious roleplay will be acknowledged with status within the organisation and will be encouraged to lead by example.
5 leaders must set the standard for the organisation leaders should always be in character while leading and they should act in a manner that demonstrates how to properly roleplay as this sets the standard for all members within the organisation.
