2.1- I have leadership qualities, teamwork, communication skill and understanding of gangs which will help me to manage gang effectively.
2.2- I wanted to make ballas highly active, well-organized and dominant gang in the city. I want my leadership term to be remembered as one of the strongest term in ballas history.
2.3- I wanted to become the leader of the ballas because I have experience of high command in Ballas, Vagos, Bloods and Families and I also have high command experience in Leo's Organization.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I want to make a ballas most active gang in the city by hiring active members in the city who are dedicated to do proper RP and gang operations.
3.2 I wanted to make sure that all gang members participate in all the events like Fz, robberies, battleships, clands and do max graffiti's to earn extras bonus money. I will make a proper team for turfs attacks/defence.
3.3 I want to make a new ranking system in which player get promotion on the basis of their participation in gangs not because he know some high command.
3.4 My goal is to do 100% turf capture, make no toxic in gang.
