As clearly shown in the video, Snapy has been with us since minute 7:57, yet he does not apply any sanction to the player. The video ends with me receiving a warn, while the player involved receives no punishment at all after the incident. I am complaining about this situation, as Snapy clearly did not handle or follow up on our case properly. Since there was no punishment option that matched my situation, I selected the warn option for your information.
