Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I already reached my IC goals such as becoming a unieqe and succesfull legal org HC's. Getting involved with administration doesn’t amount to an RP-related growth for me rather it represents a role for me to take up. I am willing to forego RP-related fun in favor of protecting a broader RP experience for everybody involved.
What are your strengths?
I remain calm when situations get out of hand. I do not jump to conclusions, considering situations before acting on them. I show consistency, as when I start implementing a rule, I apply it in a similar fashion every time. In addition I do my work with endless dedication.
What are your weaknesses?
I devote extra time for situation analysis in order to be accurate. Although this technique helps me avoid mistakes, I understand that there exist situations where I have to make decisions quickly. I am working towards a balance between accuracy and quickness while not sacrificing equity. ( You can be sure I will find the balance between of these two ways )
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Ability to de-escalate volatile situations without aggravating penalties
Having sound judgment when it comes to ignorance, errors, or willful violation
Reliability - if I am on duty, I am engaged in administrative work and am not engaged in RPing nor any other activity. ( Im not a guy who puts his job to the second plan )
Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

I do not see admin powers as an absence I see them as a trust. I will not be around to “win” an argument for disallowing personal agendas or a presence for the sake of it. There is nothing complicated about what I am asking for: fewer unjust events, and fewer situations left unresolved. I will give this position and GrandRP the best possible start from the first day if it is accepted. In addition, whatever your precious response may be, thank you for the opportunity.
