Since Monday 12 January, I have been trying to recover my account, but I have not been able to log in successfully.
On Wednesday, I posted on the technical forum for the first time regarding this issue. Since then, I have created 3 to 4 forum posts, all about the same problem.
Each time, I receive the exact same response from technical administrator CrazyM, stating that “something is not filled in correctly or information is missing,” without any explanation of what is actually incorrect or which information is missing.
At first, I was instructed to attach a recovery video. I did exactly that and attached the recovery video as how it must be. After that, I was told again to “attach a recovery video,” even though it was already included. This strongly suggests that my thread was not properly reviewed.
This situation has been extremely frustrating and time consuming. I have already spent over a week trying to recover my account, only to receive repetitive, generic responses with no clarification. Now I am expected to wait another 1/2 days just to receive the same reply again.
I expect clear communication and proper review of the submitted information. If something is missing or incorrect, it should be clearly explained. The current level of support is unacceptable. You cant ask information what you already got, that means that you are not looking good.
