i got a punished by sergio saint for CR but as u can see in my pov there is no anything near CR even we stopped a little bit far from them, after he threaten me in game with his twink and after i got punishment by him, i just look up and see that the person in lspd was his twink 399618 and he was threatening me oocly, also when he was talking with insults agains to citizen there is no one stopped him for this or any highcommand in that place said anything when i asked his id he just insulted me and reject my request for id cuz i was going to sue him while there was a lot of witness officers there with bodycams, and he started threaten me in ooc chat as "have fun in jail bud" and i thought he is corrupted officer and he is gonna find a way and arrest me but after i got punishment i got shocked because i didnt do cr and i was just trying to have fun in rp and i got punishment that i didnt deserved.

  1. if it is player report issue i can make another for that too but in pov as it can be seen there no one stops him or question his attitude that he was talking trash and insulting a citizen i belive everyone knows that he is an admins twink thats why probably nobody want to involve his actions, cuz if anyone except him would do it directly its easiest situation for corruption

  1. i have been playing in this server for four years and i have never seen such a situation that admin lose control during rp on twink account an thereat a player and swich his main and punish for something that player didnt do, and i also i never see any admin punish people for that situation in their twink happened with their main account, i dont think he can make an ethical decision in a stiuation that he is directly involved in, why does he gives punishment by swtiching to his own admin account.


  2. i uploaded the full pov of the situation from start to end, and its clearly can be seen i didnt do anything near CAR RAMMING, i belive i received an unfair punishment also i belive he is abusing his admin power on this situation, i want this situation reviewed by higher ups and i believe necessary actions will be taken for this situation by higher ups.
