so i got given a warn for gr 6.2 but this guy tried to kill me 10 minutes before a event which was shopping mall so i ran into the house because of shopping mall and he still killed me as you can see in my pov but i never went to jail for it so he wasnt my bounty hunter it was rdm.
so this guy broke rules er1.2 and rdm
so im not sure why i have been given a warn and he was let off and you can clearly see in the time in his pov which was 10 minutes before a event

You are nowhere nearby shopping mall event. For ER1.2 you must be close to event area.
