Ans : I spent a lot of time in national guard and i understand its rules responsibilities. This experiences allows to make decisions guide members correctly and ensure that all action follow server rules

I Want to become leader because i can manage my unit staying calm under pressure and taking responsibility for my action . And i will set example of enforce decipline fairly and maintain professionalism at all times

I experienced participating ng duties such as base security coordination with other state organisation . This allows me to lead my team and operations perfectly
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will conduct frequent trainings focused on ng duties such as base security I will arrange inter org training sessions with lspd Fib Sahp and Ems events like security drills, emergency responses, and large-scale operations create more immersive roleplay .
