Peace be upon you and God’s mercy and blessings,
I hope this message finds you well.
A complaint was filed against me by one individual, and a penalty has already been imposed on me. However, I would like to clarify an important point. The person who filed the complaint searched my bag without asking me to raise my hands or informing me beforehand. This action is against proper procedure, and it should have been addressed as well. Accountability should not apply to one party only.
I would also like to ask: where is the fairness in this situation?
Additionally, the decision appears to have been based on a perspective that lasted less than one minute, which is not sufficient to make a fair and just judgment on the situation.
Moreover, I noticed that when the administrator wrote the word “Reviewing,” the decision was issued in the very same second. A proper review should reasonably take some time—at least several minutes—to ensure fairness and to carefully verify all details before reaching a decision.
I kindly request that you reconsider this complaint, grant me fair treatment, and also review the actions of the other party involved, in the interest of justice and fairness for everyone.
