Dear Admin,
I want to be very direct and clear regarding this situation:
In the POV, it is obvious that the players approached me while pointing guns at me. There were no verbal commands, no request to leave the area nothing that would justify their actions under proper RP. From my perspective, they were provoking the situation by immediately aiming weapons at me.
An admin stated:
“Proper decision taken, next time you will be punished for attempting to provoke a rule violation.”
I strongly disagree with this assessment. I did not provoke anything. I reacted to a hostile situation created by others who were not following RP rules. If RP standards are being enforced, then they should apply equally to everyone involved.
I joined this server because I like it and I try to play seriously. But when players who break RP are ignored and the person reacting gets punished, it becomes very discouraging.
I am not afraid of punishment, forum bans, or even quitting the server if needed , but I do care about fairness and honest judgment. I ask that this case be reviewed again based on the actual evidence shown.
You may issue a forum ban or even a maximum project blacklist if that is your final decision I genuinely do not care. ( don't give reason server disrespect i played server very respectively)
What I do care about is the fact that this process has clearly gone down a corrupted path, where decisions are being made without honestly engaging with the evidence. At this point, it feels less like a review and more like a formality to justify a predetermined outcome.
I am not asking for leniency. I am asking for basic fairness. If that is too much to expect here, then go ahead and confirm the ban and be done with it.
