2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
a) There is so many reasons why I want to specifically wanted to be leader of FIB. I have been playing Grand RP for more then 4 Years, I have seen 40+ Leaders through my months and months playing grand RP. I have seen really good terms, I have been deputy for very good terms as well. But leader has never been good or active. I have been Leader of the best gangs seen in a while but my main focus was becoming FIB leader. I always wanted to be Leader of FIB to bring RP in the RP world and do many things some FIB terms could have never done because the lack of the term
b) I also want to improve more RP instead of shooting and breaking rules which can cause the term to disband. My main focus of this term is to make sure it will be a successful term and also making sure it will be a term everyone will remember of how good the RP is and how fun it can truly be. I want to show people that being Leader of any organization is really fun and can bring really fun memories and I also want to make sure everyone that comes to my term really have fun and enjoys playing the server and not the same thing every single leadership
c) Lastly, I am ready again for another month I have already done 2 months of gang leaderships and now want to continue but in LEOs. I will make sure this term will be perfect with numbers, Activity, and 0 Rule breaks going on and making sure both sides from crime and state can have the most fun during this 30 days
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I want to do more then there is already, I want to make sure the Roleplay is always good both sides with of course 0 rule breaks. I also want to improve the RP between the FIB agents and gang members and not always making it a problem at in the end of every hostage situations. With all this experience I have I will try the best to make the best rp for both sides.
