Members Below 10 Age wil not be Hired as they are new in City and They do not aware of rules Also There will be No Favouritism

To improve the roleplay level, the organization should focus more on real gang life and strong stories, not just shooting and grinding. Leaders should talk with members, guide them, and help them understand how to roleplay better instead of just punishing mistakes. Regular meetings, training for new members, and planned RP events will help everyone feel involved. Members should stay in character, respect other players, and try to solve problems through roleplay first. When people feel included, supported, and motivated, the roleplay naturally becomes more fun and realistic.
