2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 One of the biggest problems, and one of the most important for me, is favoritism;
Nepotism greatly affects the motivation and performance of our officers. As a fair general, I want to address the problem of nepotism first. I want and aim for everyone to help each other, respect each other, support each other, and show respect to each other.
This will strengthen communication and cooperation between all departments, greatly and positively impacting our teamwork.
2.2 I spent a lot of time in almost every organization in the legal field, and during that time I always gained experience. I spent most of that time working, working for the organization. Now I want to give all my attention to the National Guard, because I have made the most sincere friends here and I am sure that we will be as strong and professional as before.
2.3 I believe that we will have a significant impact and make a great contribution to other organizations in all activities where we can help, especially in areas such as subs , hostage situations, and store robberies.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I will ensure that my Military Police Unit monitors all behavior within the organization, including the conduct of individuals involved; this will reduce the amount of abuse, favoritism, and disrespect. This will attract many people who want to participate, ensure that internal issues are handled smoothly and fairly, and greatly impact our teamwork.
3.2 NG is a relatively new organization for most of them; I will ensure they receive the best possible training. With the help of Human Resources (HR) and SASD, I want to keep their commitment alive by conducting military drills and shooting exercises using our large training area.
Since NG also has authority around Fort Zancudo, we can establish military checkpoints in cooperation with SAHP, and if there is a threat or problem, we can intervene and help them significantly.
Ammo Run is a crucial part of NG. We will ensure that every organization is always ready to act without fear of running out of ammunition in their depots. This will ensure that no organization runs out of ammunition and that they are stronger in their operations.
