soon 2 days has gone and the rulebreaker dont need to post pov anymore. just do the Pov request, its not hard.

if you admins not gonna punish/povRequest these event rulebreakers, then change the ER 1.3 punishment to WARNING instead, and the problem is solved, it should have been done 2-3 years ago
