-Ive been playing Grand RP for almost 3 years and have served in many organizations as high Command over this time Ive gained a strong reputation and contributed to a lot of things that many players havent had the chance to do my goal has always been to take the term of leading an organization, but right now I can’t because I don’t have the same resources or support as others who already run organizations. many people say being an admin is not fun, but in my opinion if I cant fully enjoy the city, then it’s better to step into the admin side and bring changes that can improve the experience for everyone as an admin iwould focus on fairness, balance, and making sure every organization and player gets the same chance. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I have done my Roleplay days and i am very bored to play. I have seen some Admins helping citizens and i want to help citizens. I joined all legal organizations, and i enjoyed very much to play RP-life. Becoming Admin is not for leaving RP but for helping peoples .
   
   
2. What are your strengths? I resolve everything with kindness, I am detail-oriented, I learn quickly, and I adapt well.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I care about the quality of roleplay on EN2 and I want to help keep it fair for everyone. Over time, I realized that contributing to the server by handling issues, reports, and rule enforcement gives me more satisfaction than continuing my own RP life. I believe I can support the community better by working as staff rather than focusing on personal progression.

2. What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are fairness, patience, and honesty. I stay calm while handling situations and always try to look at evidence and context before making a decision. I don’t take things personally and I treat all players equally, regardless of their status or experience.

3. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I am very careful before making a decision because I want to be sure it is correct and fair. While this can take a bit more time, I see it as something I’m improving by gaining experience and trusting the rules and guidelines more confidently.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring clear communication, good understanding of crime-related rules, and unbiased report handling. I am comfortable dealing with gang and criminal RP situations, reviewing clips, and explaining rule decisions calmly to players. I’m also open to feedback and willing to learn from senior staff.

According to the server rules, admins are not allowed to own or run a business. I fully understand this restriction and will ensure that I do not own, manage, or benefit from any business while holding an admin position. I am ready to comply fully with this rule and follow all staff guidelines.
