I am writing to respectfully provide a complete clarification regarding my ban and to address the points that were raised.
I am aware that the logs show regular contact with a player who was later banned. I do not deny this contact. However, at no point was I aware that this individual was involved in ban evasion, nor did I have any intention to support such behavior.
I have been actively playing on Grand for over four years, and during this time I have encountered many different players, RP styles, and voice variations. Distorted or altered voices are not unusual in RP and therefore did not appear as a clear warning sign to me. In hindsight, I acknowledge that I should have been more cautious and critical regardless of this perception, and I take responsibility for that mistake.
The contact in question occurred exclusively within an RP context (including poker and shared acquaintances). There were no agreements, plans, or benefits for me resulting from this situation. On the contrary, the individual left the family again after a short time, causing us a financial loss. This clearly shows that there was no cooperation or intentional support.
Additional clarification regarding the mentioned IDs:
Regarding ID 4889, I would like to clarify that I only created a forum account for this person recently because they did not know how to do so themselves.
At no time did I log into, use, or play on their in-game account. There was no account sharing or access to their game account whatsoever.
ID 4889 is a person I have known for over four years, and I am still in contact with them. This contact has always been within the rules.
Regarding ID 238296, I would like to clearly state that this account was not created, played, or used by me, and I never had access to it. If this account is associated with another individual, this was entirely outside of my knowledge and influence.
I would like to clearly emphasize:
I am not trying to challenge logs or decisions, but I respectfully ask for a reconsideration based on my clarifications, my insight, and my future rule-compliant behavior.
