2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: I have been a part of this project for about 4 years, and I have many good memories on this server. I have gained a lot of experience and have done almost everything that needs to be done on the server except for one thing, becoming a leader. I have wanted and thought about this for a long time, and now I believe the time has come. That’s why I am submitting this application.
2.2: Another reason I want to become a leader is to increase ingame competition and RP quality, I want to make an experienced team, make strong competition in graffiti teams, and dominate the ghetto to attract people's attention to my gang. By doing so, I will enhance competition and improve the roleplay quality of illegal organizations, allowing players who engage in this type of RP to enjoy it even more.
2.3: Finally, the most important reason is that I have played in many gangs multiple times before, usually as a deputy or turfer. I have learned that achieving 100% is something very special, and if you are the owner of the gang, it becomes even more meaningful. We have achieved 100% before, but it wasn’t my gang. Now I ask myself: why not do it again, but this time with my own gang?
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1: First of all, I will not invite players who do not speak English, as this would make a bad impression for my gang and lower the quality of roleplay.
3.2: By making a strong graffiti team, I will increase competition between gangs and enhance the overall enjoyment of roleplay.
3.3: I plan to get experienced players, dominate the ghetto, and reach full participation in all gang events, adding a new level of excitement to gang competition.
