1. I want to bring positive change to the organization through my service to the organization. The organization needs me to become its leader because I want to see the organization grow and achieve success A leader should dedicate himself to serving all people while he develops better systems and resolves issues and builds an environment that supports everyone. I will dedicate my ideas and energy and dedication to help the organization grow and function better while it achieves its objectives.

2.All members of the organization have the opportunity to express their opinions and share their concerns and provide their suggestions I want to serve as the link between members and administration cause I want all members to receive equal treatment and their issues to be addressed My work will aim to develop partnerships which promote fairness and teamwork to create decision that benefit the entire organization.

1) The organization should conduct regular role-play activities which enable members to practice their actual life skills, leadership abilities, communication competencies, and problem-solving skills. This program will enable participants to develop their self-assurance while they practice their public speaking skills through hands-on learning activities.


2) Ill make sure there is no favouritism inside the organization so ill ensure all people are getting deserving ranks.Ill provide all ranks by taking interview by myself or by my deputy.Without above cos approval High Command rank will not given.


3) Ill host some special event for my officers and ill make some unique bonus system which will more motivate them to work more.
