Rejected Media Targeting | 503455 + 492028

Hello valued administrators,
I am a member of the Media family and the Main Account (492028) Arges Flexx Twink account (503455) Axe Fury. This person is entering our family home, disturbing us, attacking new players, and frequently engaging in RDM. I am very disturbed by this situation. Today alone, they received one warning, but this person did not do it just once. In fact, this person came and made a video of us, and knowing we would complain, they immediately removed the video from the list. I had already recorded this video on my own computer. I told the person in charge in the family that they always come and RDM, and they said they don't see a problem with us reporting this. Even though this person received a warning, they keep coming and not following the rules, which bothers me and most people in the family. And from what I can see from the (492028)Arges Flexx account, they aren't breaking the rules, but they come from the twink account and break the rules, and therefore make rule violations very easily. I asked the person in charge, and they said that just coming and breaking the rules to make a video is directly targeted media.
