So, the player with ID 232127 cuffed me from a very far distance at timestamp 00:14, which is Powergaming (PG). I believe he should have been positioned behind me to cuff.
Additionally, he dragged me from the same unrealistic distance at timestamp 00:18, which is again PG.
He also cuffed me while I had a gun in my hand, which is clearly visible at timestamp 00:34. This is again Powergaming.
After that, the player with ID 149866 uncuffed me without any verbal RP, such as saying “I am going to uncuff you”, which can be clearly seen in the POV at timestamp 00:39. This is Fail RP.
Then again, ID 232127 cuffed me while I had a gun in my hand, and at the same time, he cuffed me from a very far distance, which is visible in the POV. This is again Powergaming.
Following this, the player with ID 149866 dragged me from a very far distance at timestamp 01:00, which is also Powergaming.
I will rest my complaint here. Additionally, ID 232127 was shouting extremely loudly on voice, as can be heard in the POV. I am not sure if there is any punishment for that or not; that is up to my higher-ups to decide. However, these players should be punished for the rule violations mentioned above.

Lastly, the player with ID 203501 was standing inside my character at timestamp 01:44, which appears to be bug abuse. I am not completely sure if this counts as bug abuse or these all could be considered a mass rule break or not , so I would like clarification on that. I may create a separate forum for mass rule breaking. I just want all the involved players to be punished appropriately.

Dear Admin, Here is my POV
In my POV I didnt cuff him from a far distance I was near him. Its all black magic to him. I also gave him demands to put his weapon inside but he didn't so I cuffed him and it was a revolver so it will not consider as PG. Later on we uncuff him and give demands to put weapon inside and other rules that we violated as he mentioned you can check my POV for that. Everything will be cleared.

At most only ID 232127 could be considered for punishment specifically for cuffing while the revolver was in hand.
However, the situation context matters. The thread owner was actively trying to escape and in such a scenario immediate cuffing is a reasonable and realistic action. If officers had instead asked her to place the revolver in her backpack first, there was a high chance she could have escaped so cuffing with revolver was the only option. And later on they uncuffed her to put revolver in bagpack when situation was under control

If officers had instead asked her to place the revolver in her backpack first, there was a high chance she could have escaped so cuffing with revolver was the only option. And later on they uncuffed her to put revolver in bagpack when situation was under control

Lol that means clearly,you don't know how to perform rp either
Consider situations as a real life
You think in real life criminals will be stand and say yes I m standing still cuff me lol
There's a thing which is called as fear rp
As you can see later when 3 guys were aiming at me and demanding me to put my weapon inside I did because I've fear for my life that's how real rp works go learn some rules and things

Because I know you two are always at SAHP HQ daily trespassing and targeting officers just because they State Blacklisted the other player with you! I think SAHP should send all the proofs to their Curators to take actions against you guys for Targeting an Org for revenge!

The thing is my (id 149866) there was a glitch that i cannot see you in cuffs. So when i pressed X key to cuff you then you was uncuffed when i saw in left chat section. Thats why i havent spoken because i was not sure that you are cuffed or uncuffed.

Later on they aimed at me so I complied and put my gun inside as you can see and public. Carrying is a ic offence not a ooc rulebreak.

as stated ur 3rd point..it is not always needed to say m gone uncuff you or cuff you as those interactions can be visible on the left eye ... rather those the interactions not visible are need to be said like placing you inside vehicle an all ... just clearing it out : ) ( no off topic )
