Los Santos Vagos
The Los Santos Vagos are a Mexican gang. Before 1992, there was no clear information about who created them or who managed their operations. It is believed to have been established between the 1970s and 1980s. They never became a stronge gang. At one time, the Ballas gang took control of the Vagos. After struggling to regain control over the years, Vagos members were forced to elect a leader from among themselves. From that point on, the Vagos, trying to recover, once again descended into chaos. In a period where many different people tried to seize leadership, Abdu Federal, perhaps considered one of the weakest candidates, took the leadership of the Vagos through strategic maneuvers and with getting support from powerful figures in the city. From that moment on, the Vagos steadily grew and strengthened, becoming one of the most feared gangs in the city. Under Abdu Federal leadership, they carried out numerous successful raids against the National Guard and stopped many FIB raids on black market . In this way, they became rich by stealing bullets, weapons, and armor from the National Guard's warhouse and selling them on the black market.

The day of the massacre. On 12.31.2025, The Los Santos Vagos gang, led by Abdu Federal, was raided by the FIB. This raid, involving approximately 20-25 FIB agents, was easily repelled. Believing they had won a great victory against the FIB, The Los Santos Vagos members began preparations to celebrate the New Year at their headquarters. That night, while everyone was celebrating, the FIB launched a second raid. No one expected it. A massacre ensued. 70-80 Vagos members were brutally murdered. Abdu Federal's Deputies were arrested. Abdu Federal, lying unconscious on the ground, managed to escape amidst the chaos. He took refuge with other powerful gangs in the city and received treatment for his wounds. A few days later, he returned to the gang headquarters and began searching for his surviving members. He found everyone in a terrible state. From that moment on, he made a decision and vowed to avenge this atrocity.
Revenge
He quickly secured the support of other powerful gangs in the city, The Ballas Gang Leader Ray Mazino, The Bloods Street Gang Leader Baby Ghostt, and Marabunta Grande Gang Leader Brave Ahmed, ensuring his members received medical treatment. During the FIB's second raid, Vagos had lost almost all of their weapons, ammunition, armor, and cocaine stockpiles. However, on the advice of his lieutenants, they restored an abandoned warehouse near their headquarters and stored some ammunition and armor there. This gave them enough supplies to avenge the massacre. From that moment on, all he had to do was talk to the leaders of the other gangs and plan his attack on the FIB.

Abdu Federal with other gangs started planning for the attack on FIB Attack and did:
1. They ordered many Lockpicks set, bag for head, handcuffs, and Drill Machines from the darknet.
2. They reinforced gang cars with steel. And they upgraded the suspension system.
3. There are very good marksmen in the gang, they bought Heavy Snipers for all of them.
4. They hired a person and sent him to the FIB HQ to spy.
5. For hours and days, they watched the FIB HQ from afar and gathered information.
6. Loading all equipments in trunks, Taking extra guns, Heals and many other stuff with truks.
7. They need to park Both Their trucks in front of Main doors, in order to hace easy acces to them.
8. They will keep the hostages in different rooms with 5 gang members in each room and lock the doors.
Request
1. Approval for the attack.
2. Need assistance of Higher level admin to remove green zone.
3. An admin who constantly protects us from people trying to troll us.
4. Permission to take more then 2 hostages (there is going to be many people there to take hostage, It will Be really unrealistic to let everyone go and to only keep 2)
5. Permission to make people get on knees, instead of only hands up.
6. Director and Deputy Director must be at FIB HQ including some Leo's.
7. Permission for demand to hostages speak on the radio over then 2 times
