I created a forum on player 227806,that forum was rejected and after that he has been targetting me icly in game since then and abusing me and is inuslting me in game in hindi + provoking me.

Its looks like the opposite you are targetting him nice decieving. Admins can see how many forum u posted against him and got rejected.

This guy never follows server rules, just look how many he has broken and this all happened on the same day you can see who is targetting and whos not and you can see who brought his car following me to the parking lot in video 2
