this player with ID :153474 ,is not currently banned as you said M. Nik Payne is this post, Because he is currently in the City, and you can check this forum against him which posted no more than 13hours from now where he is clearly apparent in the POV.
Secondly, he said that he was banned just for gr 3.1 in this post which he putted because he was getting gr1.1, but actually he has : GR 3.1 + GR 3.2 + ER 1.2 from this forum and directly after that he got Mixing + Provoking from his own forum, So in total (GR 3.1 + GR 3.2 + ER 1.2 +Mixing + Provoking ) how he got just gr 3.1, these is insane
Also, I think these technical problem with his Rockstar :
was just a pretext to avoid staying banned
I hope you take all those evidences in consideration, because I m still banned for the same reason, and less more
