Thank you for unbanning my account.
However, I am currently unable to access the server. When I try to reset my password, the system says that my email address is invalid, even though this is the email linked to my account.
It seems that my account may not be fully restored or synchronized after the unban. I would like to kindly ask if you could check my account manually and help restore access or resend a password reset email.
I have not logged in on any other accounts and only wish to play on my unbanned main account.
