Sehr geehrter Lebron,
wir (Das LSPD und auch andere Orgas) bekommen aktuell nicht umsetzbare und Regelwidrige vorlagen wie wir eine Organisation zu führen haben.
Es begann alles mit der Anforderung, wir dürfen nicht nicht im HQ „AFK stehen“ gegen was Grundsätzlich nichts spricht, das haben wir als Organisation schon immer sanktioniert, wobei es schon überspitzt ist jemanden zu Sanktionieren nur weil er im "Schlafmodus" ist.
Ziel des ganzen soll sein die "Aktivität“ zu fördern. Spüren kann das jedoch keiner, die Leute werde einfach nur gekickt oder werden mit "AFK-Bot" sanktioniert. Das große Problem dabei ist jedoch, uns wurde bei zu vielen Leuten, die im HQ rumstehen mit Orgawarns gedroht. Nach mehrfacher Rücksprache mit Beratern ändert sich nichts, obwohl wir mehrere Vorschläge unterbreiten weil das neue System nicht Funktioniert. Statt weiter mit uns daran zu arbeiten erfindet die Administrative neue Regeln welche gegen das Regelwerks verstoßen und drohen bei nicht einhalten auch gerne mal mit Sanktionen und Warns.
Eines dieser neuen Regelungen ist eine Mindestvorgabe für die Aktivität der Organisation. Welche wir Grundsätzlich schon einhalten. Jedoch ist ein Bestandteil der Vorgaben die POV Pflicht beim Blitzen bei der Mindestens 2 Member über knapp eine Stunde mit POV blitzen müssten. Diese Regel wurde nur bei den Leadern durch den Head Berater einzeln angekündigt und sorgt nur für Probleme.
Zusätzlich hatten sich über Jahre Organisationen dazu entschieden Solarpanele aufzustellen, die Reaktion? Es wurde verboten diese aufzustellen weil es angeblich "Nicht die Aufgabe vom LSPD ist" nachdem wir uns darüber beschwert hatten wurde der Grund zu "Es ist Power-Gaming" geändert. Auch wenn es kein "Power-Gaming" ist...
unser finaler Punkt ist das die Admin Berater der Organisation nicht mehr nur noch Berater sind sondern schon eine 2. Leaderschaft die ohne Absprache mit der Organisation neue IC Bestimmungen anbringt und durchsetzen obwohl die Leiter der Organisation nicht damit einverstanden sind oder es irgendwo vorgeschrieben ist.
Warum gibt es überhaupt so viele Sonderregelungen, wenn wir doch ein klar definiertes und durchdachtes Regelwerk haben?

We (the LSPD and other organizations) are currently receiving impractical and irregular guidelines on how to run our organization.
It all started with the requirement that we are not allowed to be “AFK” in HQ, which is not a problem in principle, as we have always sanctioned this as an organization, although it is excessive to sanction someone just because they are in “sleep mode.”
The aim of all this is to promote “activity.” However, no one can feel this; people are simply kicked out or sanctioned with “AFK bot.” The big problem with this, however, is that we were threatened with org warnings if too many people were standing around in HQ. After multiple consultations with advisors, nothing has changed, even though we have made several suggestions, because the new system is not working. Instead of continuing to work with us on this, the administration is inventing new rules that violate the server rules and regulations, and are happy to threaten sanctions and warnings if they are not complied with.
One of these new rules is a minimum requirement for the organization's activity, which we already comply with in principle. However, part of the requirements is the POV obligation for the speed radar, where at least two members must do a radar control with POV for almost an hour. This rule was only announced individually to the leaders by the head advisor and is causing problems.
In addition, organizations had decided to install solar panels over the years to give out bonuses in the organization. The reaction? It was forbidden to install them because it was allegedly “not the task of the LSPD.” After we complained about this, the reason was changed to “it's power gaming.” Even if it's not “power gaming”...
Our final point is that the admin advisors of the organization are no longer just advisors, but have become a second leadership that introduces and enforces new IC regulations without consulting the organization, even though the leaders of the organization do not agree with them and they are not prescribed anywhere.
Why are there so many special regulations when we have a clearly defined and well-thought-out set of rules?
