Rejected Warn for Power Abuse | Alex Odd

As you can see in the bodycam myself and my higherup Jack pulled up to a situation where we saw a civilian and an FIB officer, initially I spoke to the officer for illegal parking which might have been wrong I admit but after looking at my BC I noticed that we in fact did have probable cause to speak to them, during the interaction Admin Alex Odd was wearing makeup and acting like a citizen so that's how I treated him, he was disruptive and hence I decided to detain him for identification purposes and I had even warned him multiple times before I acted. after I cuffed him and took him a few meters away from the situation I decided to uncuff him so he could identify himself, instead of doing that he warned me for Power Abuse. I get that I probably should not have cuffed him since he is the Chief Admin however how am I supposed to know he's an admin when he doesn't have his tag on + he had makeup on. I am not asking for any compensation or anything all I am asking is for my punishment to be revoked from my punishment history.
