Jay Cartier was raised in a neighbourhood of Los Santos. He had no one to protect him. Life was very challenging for young Jay Cartier. There was a lot of violence and loss. Young Jay Cartier had to deal with a lot of pressure to survive day by day. Jay Cartier lost someone who was important to him as a young boy. This person lost their life due to street crime. From that moment, Jay Cartier became very hostile toward criminals. He hated the destruction they caused. Upon joining a gang like many other youngsters, Jay Cartier did something different. He educated himself about the streets. Jay Cartier studied the ways criminals operated. He was preparing himself for something. Jay Cartier was ready for this moment in time. The loss made him tough. The loss shaped him. It made him desire to have a life where he was in control and where he held authority over certain things. The loss really transformed him. It made him want to take charge of his life.
Career Story:
Jay started at the Los Santos Police Department at the bottom, and he worked very hard to earn a promotion. He was a good marksman. He was followed by people because he was an effective leader. Jay was also very adept at remaining calm in the midst of chaos. The Federal Investigation Bureau recognized Jay's excellence. They invited him to work for them. Jay went to work for the Federal Investigation Bureau. Jay became well known at the Federal Investigation Bureau for apprehending high-profile criminals and resolving dangerous situations expeditiously. As Jay continued with his work, he began to engage in questionable activity where it was difficult to determine if he was pursuing justice or personal vendetta.Federal Investigation Bureau observed a transformation in Jay.
