Nationality: American
Place of Birth: LA (Los-Angeles)
Sexuality: Straight
Eye color: Brown
Hair color: White
Tattoos: Multiple Tattoos all over body
Strengths: Organized, Cautious and Shooting skills

Life Story:
Growing up on the streets of gang-infested Los Santos, Drame Cartier knew she’d never be safe and could never trust others. From a young age, exposed to the violence, corruption, and death that the criminality of Los Santos brought about, Drame learned that weakness would be used against you in an instant. With parents who were rarely around, she essentially raised herself into her own image based on provisions necessary for survival. She learned the hard way that the streets didn’t care if you were named Drame Cartier. They only cared about how strong you were or how cunning you could be.
This came to a fore in her teenage years when someone close to her died at the hands of a street thug. No investigation. No arrest. But a huge anger within her, an anger not just toward the thug who actually pulled the trigger but also the system that failed to bring justice. At this point in time, where other girls her age began to join gangs to protect themselves, Drame sought knowledge. She studied the movements of criminals. The patterns. She studied police response, too, their obstacles and their solutions. She wanted to understand how power truly worked in Los Santos.
And so, that loss made her even more callous. It made her disciplined and goal oriented without an emotional connection to regret. It made her obsessed with control control over herself, her environment, and the chaos that she once thrived in. She vowed she'd never be a victim again. Not ever. And it didn't matter how she would get there.
Career Story:
Drame Cartier entered the LSPD at the bottom level and had to earn her position. She was never brash or reckless, but she was efficient. Drame proved herself time and again with her instincts, shooting prowess, and demeanor under extreme pressure. Subordinates respected her when she was in charge of others during high-stakes endeavors, and suspects cowered under her emotionless exterior.
So it's no surprise that when she was recognized by the Federal Investigation Bureau, she was recruited to service at the federal level. Within the FIB, she was known for organized crime, undercover work, and intelligence gathering. It's only a matter of time before she earned a reputation for bringing in high-risk criminals and resolving national threats with exactitude.
But as time progressed, Cartier emerged on the wrong side of moral boundaries. Regulations were bent when results were needed; a "whatever it takes" mentality emerged as cases reminded her of what she had lost. Evidence is known to disappear, interrogations are suggested to be extra forceful, and sometimes people never make it to trial. Yet overall within the FIB, she's an esteemed agent so long as no one talks about whispered implications behind closed doors. However, results are recognized even if processes are questionable; the Bureau is aware that she gets things done that others cannot. Drame Cartier operates on the line dividing justice from revenge and as long as she wears a badge, she'll always take from where she once came, at no matter the cost
