2.1) Ems is the Crucial legal Organization in the city, So i wanted to make it work perfectly So that Every person in the City get the health Assistance properly. I have been working in EMS for 2 Terms of Luci Knight and i am currently HOAS (20).This might be little less experience but i learned a lot in these terms and ill continue to learn. As in this experience i feel very confident that i can make my EMS term Very successful .
2.2) My Passion for medical Roleplay is very High. EMS offers some of the most meaningful RP in the city. I genuinely enjoy saving lives, creating immersive medical scenes, and helping players have better RP experiences. I like organizing teams, mentoring new recruits, and keeping everyone motivated. As Chief, I would focus on training, fair promotions, and maintaining discipline.
2.3) I like to participate in State calls and Events. So i will attend state calls and events( ACC and Bank Protection). I will make sure that each and every high commands are well training and skill full for their ranks.
2.4) I will make sure that everyone in EMS feel like they are in a Family creating a very good environment. I will make a team of high commands that they show humble behavior towards the junior employees and guide them for their mistakes. I will make sure the will be Strict simultaneously Friendly.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?
3.1) I will make certain that On duty units are continuously present in both hospital lobbies for day and night shifts by hiring from different time zones. I will also schedule Weekly all-staff functions to increase activity, strengthen teamwork and keep EMS motivated.
3.2) I will ensure that after covering both the lobbies one or 2 units mush be there in Calls So that every citizen can get faster treatment and ill make sure every calls units maintain high level RP.
3.3) I will ensure that all the state calls should be taken by high commands and follow proper RP in every situation. junior employees also will learn from high commands while tagging with high commands to state calls. And health inspections will be done regularly to provide every legal organizations employees stays healthy.
3.4) I will make surgery available for every citizen at any time by recruiting and train every surgeon with better roleplay surgeries. surgery plays the best roleplay in EMS as far as i consider so ill make sure that every surgeon and high command performs high RP in surgery.
3.5) I will ensure that no favoritism takes place in EMS and who ever works hard they will get their Pay for that .
3.6) I will do health checkup camps in the city so that every citizen can access health insurance regularly.

I also try to coordinate with every employee to create a responsible and friendly environment within EMS. So, with that experience and coordination I feel confident that I can lead EMS to a better future.
2.2) I like to go on calls where I face many types of RP situations. This will help me to represent EMS in the state calls and Events while maintaining high level of RP.
2.3) As I have no experience of being a chief or deputy chief, I understand that there is always room to learn and improve. I am willing to listen, adapt, and work together with the team to serve the organization's better future.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reason with explanation)
2.1) I want to become a leader of Emergency medical services because i am capable, disciplined, consistent, active and professional. I have an experienced high command team they are capable to run EMS in the absence of Chief and Deputy Chief. When I started in EMS as a Trainee to Deputy Chief of EMS more than once and during this journey, I completed 11 terms under 7 different chief this experience give me understanding of what kind of leadership needed.
2.2) As a leader of EMS i will ensure EMS environement comfortable, friendly, supportive and respectful. This type of environment help employee to perform better roleplay. I believe calm and positive environment motivate employee to improve their roleplay and activity when leadership listen and supportive.
2.3) As a leader of EMS i will make sure lobby cover 24/7, maintain lab stock, ambulance service works professionally, perform Surgeries with proper roleplay and state calls or department calls from other organisation receive equal attention.
3. Your Advices for improving RolePlay level in organisation.
3.1) In Medical department (MD), I will make sure lobby cover 24/7 especially during night hours when patient need most at their critical condition. Surgeries is also important for better roleplay, i have notice that in previous terms no surgeries conducted when citizens needed. I will ensure under my leadership every patient who need surgery with proper roleplay.
3.2) In Ambulance department (AS), I will ensure AS department active at all time, it directly represent EMS in the city professionally and with good Communication. Ambulance services is created trust between EMS and Citizens. And also resolve their issues that affect their roleplay during calls.
3.3) In Labs department, lab is one of the most ignored department but its necessary to perform EMS roleplay. If Labs Activity stays low, medical stock and production gets affected, which creates problem for the organisation.
3.4) For training, My focus would be to make simple and easy to understand training so the new employee can understand the EMS function. Training will be given on time and will sure FTO and HCs do not sure into completing training fast, will make sure they do their work professionally.
3.5) For State Calls, State calls or departmental calls is important for EMS reputation. I notice in previous terms no HC available to took any department calls if available then ignored the calls. I can resolve this issue by hiring experienced high command team they can handle and quickly respond with professionally.
3.6) For bonus system, Improve the bonus system so the employee receive rewards for their hard work. I will introduce weekly giveaways, extra bonuses for night shifters and employee of the weeks. This will employee feel appriciated, respected, valued and motivated for better roleplay.
3.7) I will conducted meeting with all HCs to take update on regular intervals. if any HCs faces any issues in their department, we will resolve it quickly so, the EMS runs smoothly.
3.8) We will conducteing some IC events like Health checkup camp, blood donation camp, awareness camps etc.
