Context :
One LSPD Car following NG Ammo run which is perform for FIB. They keep Engine Blocking trucks as using organization Vehicle and spamming demands of pull over unnecessary. Main thing after this all we just deliver 5 trucks out of 7 cause in that all two trucks trunk loot by someone no idea is it with the help of That LSPD Or not but this happening with org vehicle which has its own engine Blocker.
1st POV : Starting (Getting the ID of Driver):
in that at 0:04 to 0:11 we can see who is getting in car and his ID also visible in that.
At 0:37 we roll our and at 0:42 he engine block me and run away. (we ignored that as it can be mistake at first)
At 3:30 he again block my engine in Mid Highway and again runaway.
When he run out of engine blocks Then From 4:03 to 4:46 He keep Spamming those pull over demands on me.
Totally Misuse of Organization Vehicle Power.
2nd POV : they keep it after filling trucks also.
At 0:11 There IDs are again Visible.
At 0:44 he again start giving those demands and when i come out of vehicle he ram me and again runaway.
After this IC argue with those and FIB and we need to move cause trucks need to be deliver.
Note : As i said after that 2 trucks trunk get looted and those trucks was empty and i tell this all situation to Ruby spectre as present admin of that time and she tell me to put this on fourm.
