Hello Lebron,

I am writing to formally resubmit my complaint, as I strongly disagree with the decision made by Kathi and believe that the case contains several contradictions and unresolved issues that require a proper re-investigation.

1. Allegation of a late complaint
I was informed that my complaint was submitted too late. I find this accusation unjustified. The involved administrator clearly and repeatedly communicated via Discord that the situation was still under review and that I would be contacted once a decision had been made. Based on these statements, I reasonably assumed that the case was actively being processed and that no further action from my side was required.
Being told to wait and then later being accused of reacting too late is, in my view, unfair.

2. Evaluation without available evidence
I seriously question how the administrator could claim that the incident had been evaluated if, according to later statements, no relevant clip or POV material was available.
If no police tape or full blockage could allegedly be found, I do not understand how a definitive conclusion could have been reached.

3. Contradictions regarding police tape and case closure
Additionally, I do not understand the statement that no police tape could be found, while the administrator marked the case as “resolved” shortly after the barricades and tape were removed.
If the administrator was unable to see or verify any police tape, this raises the following questions:

• What exactly was submitted for further review?
• On what basis was the situation evaluated and ultimately closed?

From my perspective, I was kept waiting without clear communication, only to be told afterward that my complaint was allegedly submitted too late. This handling of the situation feels misleading and unfair as a player.

For the reasons stated above, I respectfully request a proper and independent investigation of this case and a re-evaluation of the administrative decisions and statements involved.

Hey Logan,

After reviewing the complaint and the evidence you submitted, I was unable to identify the exact ID of the person who placed the police tape. Furthermore, the POV lacks audio and was not recorded by you. Since the administrator on-site could not find any tapes, no sanctions can be issued.
