Life Story:
Verge grew up in a rough family, his mom and dad were both deeply involved in gangs and criminal activity which made his life a lot harder than most people's whilst growing up. Verge would often be beaten by his parents when they got home late at night after leaving him at home for hours alone even just as a little young child, when his parents got home they would usually be under the influence of drugs. As Verge got older he began to understand the life his parents were living, everything used to be extremely secretive to him as a child, his parents never told him where they were going, why or when.. They would just leave and come back as they pleased leaving Verge to do everything for himself as he grew up.
Career Story:
Verge knew from a young age that he wanted to become a police officer to help people out just like him, who's parents were deeply involved in criminal activity and people who were just left to fend for themselves out in the world without their parents caring what happened about them. He cared deeply about his job and that he did it properly and correctly, following everything closely to the book and making sure everything was done to procedure. One day, Verge responded to the scene of a car crash, he soon found it as one of the first on scene that it wasn't just anyone involved.. It was his parents who were soon pronounced DOA. Verge grew furious, even though his parents mistreated him as a child he wanted revenge for them which he later got.. He tracked down the other people who had driven away from the scene of the crash after hitting his parents, he proceeded to beat & torture the suspects and even robbed them. Soon after he put them in prison for the rest of their lives in the most corrupt jail that existed in the city. Verge realised what he had done was wrong but after getting the rush and seeing how good the feeling was.. He wanted more, he made a large amount of money from the robbery but it was not enough, he proceeded to rob most of his suspects leaving them with nothing, he would beat and torture them until he got his way and he loved it, it was twisted but entertaining to Verge.
Outcomes:
1) Verge can take bribes of money and illegal items, weapons, drugs, ect (up to $100,000).
2) Verge can lie about requesting any lawyer or even refuse to call one and can refuse to show his ID to ANYONE.
3) Verge can manipulate state databases such as removing previously crime history, wanted stars, ect.
4) Verge can search suspects and LEOs for their bodycams and destroy them if found (/try searches for bodycam and /do breaks the bodycam - twice per sit).
5) Verge can arrest someone for false charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
6) Verge can engage in criminal activities and break state laws on and off duty such as entering the ghetto and "ghetto clapping", kidnapping cops, ect and use his position in FIB.
7) Verge can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19, 3.1 & 3.2).
8) Verge can cuff/capture other LEOs to avoid getting caught himself and to help family and close friends to escape prison sentences or legal trouble.
