He says he called EMS through the department but i dont think he did.
if they called EMS the other party should show their POV footage

Even when he says he is going to call the department you can see him piloting the helicopter which shows that he didnt call EMS at all

Lastly, this incident is an in-character matter, so opening a forum report about it is ridiculous.
