2.) Active Leadership Presence: The Deputies and the Leader cannot simply be not present We have to be on the ground, helping new recruits navigate events and imparting gang culture to them. This guarantees that all parties are in agreement.

3.) Because highcommands often hire new gang members without conducting a thorough interview, as a leader, I will ensure that all gang members are invited to join the group following a proper interview.

Plans and Activity

All LEOs will think twice before raiding Vagos. Fort Zancudo will not be safe, as trucks will be stolen at any time, and trucks can be hijacked during candy runs from Vagos. I will kidnap anyone roaming on the highway without fear to create trauma and fear of Vagos. People will never roam alone due to the fear brought into the city.

The entire ghetto will be taken over in the color yellow. Every day there will be store robberies, gun store robberies, hostage situations, and Fort Zancudo raids. Every new citizen will be taught how to become a gangster and create fear among LEOs. Everyone in Vagos will be professional and disciplined. There will be no toxicity in Vagos. Other gangs will fear Vagos when entering the ghetto.

Vagos will do maximum gang raids, store robberies, gun store robberies, hostage situations, battleship activities, submarine activities, encashment robberies, attacks on state objectives, and military base robberies. Vagos will be against the LEOs.

1.Firstly, I have experience on both the legal side and the criminal side, and based on my experience, the Vagos aren't very active in general; in fact, most gangs aren't very active, they just fulfil their obligations, apart from mugging people in the ghetto, etc. I actually want to change this evidence; I'll be doing things like Store, Hostage Sit, Gun Store, Ghetto Robery, Highway Robbery regularly.

2. Another reason I chose Vagos is that Vagos always strikes me as a special gang because Vagos cannot maintain regular activity for more than 2 -3 days of activity, then it reverts to its old inactivity, making Vagos an inactive gang. That's why it feels special to me because managing Vagos is difficult, but I like difficult things, proving myself. We can achieve this, and I believe we can do it by having a successful term in Vagos.

3. Another reason is that Vagos is actually a more active area, because people normally go to fight in areas where other gangs are located, not to steal money. However, because As Vagos is located in a coastal area, it is more likely to rob people with more money, as people in coastal areas come with their goods and money to buy and trade items, and as a result of Vagos robbing them, Vagos can make a lot of money from this business and take them hostage.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I will be running a distant gang in my favourite Vagos, but I will allow a little leeway on discipline. After all, it's a gang, and gangs aren't run with full discipline, but discipline isn't far off either. I will find the middle ground.

2. We will regularly carry out activities, meaning we will be constantly active in robberies, hostage situations, store robbery, daily army robbery, highway robbery, and so on, spreading our name far and wide.

3. I will give my members tactics to avoid making mistakes and sometimes train them so that we can roleplay to the maximum without making any mistakes.

4. I myself will provide high bonuses to cover the need for weapons, ammunition and money when necessary. These will come out of my own pocket, so the morale of the gang members will remain at the highest level.

My main goal is to make Vagos the strongest gang in shooting and mechanics. I already have a strong team of "turfers" and good shooters ready to join me. We plan to capture 100% of the territories and win every event like Clandestine and Battleship. I want everyone in the city to fear the yellow color.

•Strict Discipline and Rules-

I have seen many gangs close down because members break rules or do mass RDM. I am very strict about server rules. My leadership team will respect the script and the admins. We will make sure every member knows the Ghetto Rules perfectly so the organization does not get any Warnings or Strikes.

•Real and Active Roleplay-

It’s not just about shooting; I want to bring life back to the Vagos area. We will do proper criminal RP like highway robberies and store robberies with good hostage negotiations, not just random shooting. I will make sure Vagos is the most active gang during both day and night times.

•Proper Interview Process-

No one will join Vagos without a proper interview. We will ask specific questions about rules (like "When can you rob?" or "What is Fear RP?"). If they don't know the rules, they won't get an invite. This stops people who might get the gang in trouble later.

•Bonus System for Active Members-

I will give cash bonuses to members who come to events (like FZ raids or Subs) and those who keep our sprays active across the city. This encourages members to actually play the game and help the gang instead of just standing AFK at the HQ.

•Fair Ranking System-

I will keep a clear rank system. High ranks will be given only to those who are loyal and skilled, not just to friends. High ranks will be responsible for leading events and teaching new members how to rob and RP correctly, so our quality stays high.

3.1 I will teach our culture to new gang members, provide them with weapons, ammunation, armor, and increase the chaos and turmoil in the ghetto.

3.2 I will participate in events together with all of my gang members and teach them how to handle drug production and distribution. In this way, they will learn how to make money and understand how to benefit from the gang system effectively.

3.3 I will establish a professional team dedicated to highway and ghetto robberies. This team will operate with precision and discipline, aiming to carry out robberies with zero mistakes and secure all items and money successfully. While doing this, we will also bring new gang members with us so they can learn the process firsthand and gain experience.

3.4 I will act a realisticly in events (Highway robbery, hostage situations, etc.) in a way that is maximum and in accordance with the RP rules.

3.5 With our bonus system, we will further motivate our gang members to participate in events, ensuring that we attend events with maximum numbers and strong coordination.
