Pov2 second Pov shows all ID's i finished came at 22:04. ID 102747

start shooting without reason as u can see they killed us and did an NLR same location same to fight

ID 102747 in Pov 1 start shooting without reason did an RDM
again ID 102747 comes back to shot us without reason in Pov 2​

There's no NLR there, you kill them with a single shot, and it looks that way because it's an EN2 server and the ping is high.

ID 231885 will receive a punishment for NLR
ID: 102747 will receive punishment for NLR + FailRP ( talking while dead )
However
Thread owner ID: 217222 will receive punishment for GR 6.15 + VDM
( in 1st POV 199072 did not shoot anyone and you killed him without demands )
( in 2nd POV you was away to hear if there is demands or not ) ​
