2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2A. During my time in the server ive served as leader a number of times. ive served as the SAHP sheriff for 2 terms And the FIB Director for 4 Terms. my terms are known for being RP rich and very active which is a standart i would love to keep and maintain in LSPD as well. i have also been admin in the past, which will help me make sure OOC rules are being followed while being a leader.
2B. As i have real life commanding LEO experience, i would like to match the RP in the server to what it would have been in real life.
which means i would implement actual Police Academy process - which means people would have to put in decent work to become officers.
i would make High command positions actually mean something, command officers would have an actual impact on officers. LT's would have to attend a special LT Course which they can fall from adding risk and reward.
HR and IA overhaul - IA would have the power mto investigate as of any IA but its RP will be enriched by having them make an Actual IA case file, hand it over to the chief and having an internal trial. HR would have to check each and every application, make interviews and then make sure every officer goes through the Police Academy which will teach officers the law and how to deal with it. HR will also be in charge of certificates in the org.
2C. LSPD's RP until now never had a change and always has been cops and robberys. Nowadays, i think its time for a change. i would like LSPD to enforce every law break in the city. From Speed limit vioulations to home disturbance, drug usage active shootouts and more.
i would also like to see more police chases after IC scripted events like a store robbery which i feel like ends after negotiations.
I would also like to match as much as possible the LSPD ranks to the real LAPD for realism.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3A. Shift Focus from "Winning" to "Scenario-Building". Nowadays all LEOs care about is winning every scenario and every event. when there is as small as a rule break LEO's stall and call admins instead of actually RPing. that i would like to change. i would like every arrest to be a memorable moment like RP should be. if i were to be selected as leader, we would sort everything the rules allow ICly. i would also incourage more types of patrols. for example: Foot patrol in ghetto, etc. because what matters in an org is the varaity of stuff that you can do.
3B. Implement "Quality over Quantity". i would like my org to be as strict and close to real life as it can get. High-level RP starts with how we communicate. I would enforce strict radio codes and professional demeanor, even when things get chaotic. + every officer would have to complete a refresher training every weekend.
