As you can see here, we wanted to rob this person (number 478361), but they stalled us and didn't do what we told them to do. They did this intentionally. Also, after this person stalled us, we gave them commands (number 408419), but they intentionally used UB driving to escape, and I followed them to prove where they were going to escape. Please take the necessary action.

Aside from the fact that he gave the demand alone, his friend hadn't even gotten into the car yet. I want you to take this into consideration. He starts the chase alone and waits for me to stop. The reason I'm violating the GZ 1.3 rule here is that he gave me a warning alone he doesn't comply with the 2 cars, 4 people robbery rule at all.

I'm telling you to stop; if I were the only vehicle, you wouldn't need to run away. You're screaming and breaking the rules to avoid getting caught, but it's not changing anything.
