Hello Higherups,
I want to take a moment to explain what happened and clarify my side of the situation regarding the Situation.
At the time of the incident, my game completely froze because my PC crashed due to a serious graphicss card issuee this was not intentional and had nothing to do with any illegal tool, cheat or exploit. You can clearly see in the footage that I was not even able to move or hit the other player I was literally stuck in place.
Because of this crash, my own POV was not saved on my device. My laptop was sent for service and until it was returned I had no access to that footage.
When I got my laptop back, I searched thoroughly, but unfortunately the bodycam recording did not save because of the crash. I’ve already shared other proof and showed friends POVs where you can hear me saying “protect me, my game crashed” on voice chat.
I kindly request the administration to consider this context
That my PC crash was genuine and not a cover-up.
That I attempted to provide all possible evidence afterward.
And that this situation was a result of hardware failure, not negligence or rule abuse.
Request:- Give me a another chance to play in this beautiful city again and if possible please Reduce my punishment because if you will go through all the previous forums i provide all the POVs at time.

I fully understand the importance of Event Rule 1.7 it is there to ensure fair play and accountability. But this episode was purely equipment failure and not intentional rule violation. Machines fail sometimes, and I was genuinely unable to record anything because my game and PC completely locked.
