2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i) Firstly, I have experience in almost all gangs and multiple other organizations in the city. I am serving as the co-leader of The OG Mafias which is an unofficial organization/family and also a deputy of Marabunta Gang. Over time, I've gained a better understanding of how leadership works, how to manage people, and how to handle responsibilities.
(ii) I will try to give max activity with my deputy team on events and on ghetto. We will spray purple in the whole ghetto. I will manage any type of toxicity in ballas to do rp very kindly and professionally. Me and my gang members will give max activity in ghetto to dominate whole ghetto.
(iii) I will choose my deputies carefully to not break any rule in these 30 days. I will choose best turfers to play and get 100% turfs. Ballas is one of the organization I have enjoyed the most, and I would like to get this opportunity to lead the Ballas Gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make sure by selecting a best high-command team that is active across all time zones, including mornings, daytime, and nights. My focus will be on participating in as many events as possible and performing at our best, whether it’s FZs, store events, or other activities. I dont allow rulebreaks and I will teach my members how to stay in roleplay.
