2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (three reasons with explanation):

2.1.
To Start with,during I i have been part of that city member,I have got great experience in many legal organizations,which is (LSPD {Chief Of Staff Of SWAT},FIB {Chief Of Staff Of SAU},{SAHP Chief of Staff and Undersheriff}),so when i was on that positions,I was involving and leading many situations,special operations and ect.I know how the legal organizations must work properly,because of my knowledge and skills,so i am ready to take a responsibility and become leader of LSPD,I will manage this organization effectively,to be active and strong organization into the city.
2.2. Secondly,I have a really good HC team ready to help me for improving that organization,those people are experts and they have big experience like me into the other state organizations,so we are ready to handle Los Santos Police Department and do it as a team,which is on of the main rule in team working.

2.3. Lastly,I have joined into the LSPD for many times,from low rank with my activity and knowledge I got promotion to chief of staff position,many times i saw many issues between organization members (officers) and always I was trying to conclude that kind of situations(conflicts),which many times was successfully ended,so during my term that problem will be always controlled,because there is no time for conflicts and that kind of issues,my organization members must work as a team and professionally.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:

3.1.
As I saw many times,that many state organization members are doing corruption,which is not unacceptable,so my organization will be clean with those people. Many of them are abusing their power,so I have a team of Internal Affairs,which is ready to fix those kinds of problems and arrest all corrupt officers.

3.2. Additionally,I want to speak about Field Training department,this department will handle to get people into the organization,who has knowledge of the RP rules,many times i saw that,officers who are inexperienced and dont know main rules of RP organization is getting in trouble,because of them,therefore that thing will be controlled by FTO members.
