I was just patrolling normally and heard gunfight so i responded but this guy just came out of nowhere to kill me from behind with no demand

Im fighting the police in house robbery (where you mentioned yourself a gunfight) and you start patching your boy up, mid fight...

Okay it was you. You probably have some misunderstanding on the definition of "mid fight", the gunfight has clearly ended when I arrived on scene and no one was shooting, I don't see any shooter(s) nor hearing any gunfight. No gunfight, no demand. It was u who just shot me from behind with no demand. Clear RDM.
