     The Three following Reason-: 2.1- I want to become Leader of San Andreas Highway patrol as My carreer start in LSPD and After than I shift Towards SAHP and Server my life to sahp during that time in sahp I make very good memories as I am very older in the city so Now I am thinking that to take term of SAHP and Lead the Nation. 2.2-From my experience, I have learned that a strong team is very important. My main goal is to build a good and strong high command team that can handle things even when I’m not around. beacuse they not only org High commands they are the State High commands, 2.3- Leadership is not commanding to low rank people it means to be a mentor to the team and teach them how everything works, as a mentor to my team SAHP, Ill teach my newly joined troopers the correct arrest procedure as per law and teach them proper radio commands to make more professional, and ill teach all the things in law which a leo should be aware, then there will be no misunderstandings and everyone is equal to me, by mentoring my team ill make my team strong so that they represent SAHP Respectfully.

     3.1- Favouritism should not be tolerated at all. Everyone should be equal and get promoted fairly and treated fairly that way all can go smooth and the organization will not face any issues. 3.2- Members who show maturity, consistency and great RP. We will do officer of the week. This boosts motivation and encourages people to maintain high standards. 3.3-As We. Need support from every organization to Make City safe so Will sign contract with LSPD for sharing judicial rights so city will remain safe and Highways 3.4-Team Work builds Strong Understanding and Realtionship between employees and make them work closely with any thing in mind or jelously of get Ranks, Teamwork will increase the activity of the department and Make sure They dont break any rule and regulations which make then follow the Proffesionalism more goodly and make SAHP more enjoyable to be a part of with the most comfortable Environment 3.5-Everyone will be treated fairly.
