Why do you want to be SAHP Leader?
1. Experience
I’ve been in this city for Very Less time like 3 months and i only worked in SAHP to Sell Insurance Its Best Part I mean. I wasn’t just a normal officer — I Was The Officer Who Spent Lot of Time In Prison Cell Reason UB Barricades SAD . This Thing Taught me lesson And gave Me Responsbility and Complex Mind To Handle Such Things . I led patrols, managed Probie By Rejecting theirs Training Hahahahah, handled situations like Selling Insurance, and dealt with internal problems for Example I Arrested Sheriff On My First Day As LEO Sheriff Was Kyrex Hill (GOAT).
Because of that, I know how SAHP should run day to day. I know what causes issues and what keeps an organization active. I’m confident I can lead SAHP properly and keep it disciplined and organized. and We Will Mainly Focus On Selling Insurance Cause None Other Org Can Earn Money Like That (Insurance On Top hahahah.) Expect GOV
2. High Command Support
I’m not doing this alone. I already have a High Command team (Gustav Hill,Sark BloodStar,Bunn Bunn,etc) that has experience in Selling Insurance. They understand rules, structure, and how to manage people.
Leadership is teamwork. With my HC, decisions won’t be rushed or biased. Everything will be discussed and handled properly to Ensure That Jack Paroah Is Not Hired In SAHP
3. Keeping the Organization Stable
In the past, I’ve seen a lot of internal arguments and unnecessary drama inside organizations For Who Will Sell Insurance . I’ve also helped solve many of those issues.
As SAHP leader, I won’t allow favoritism, disrespect, or unprofessional behavior. Officers will be expected to follow the chain of command and act like state officers, not civilians with badges. We WIll Sell Insurance 24/7 No Matter
How will you improve RP in SAHP?
1. Dealing with Corruption and Abuse
Unauthorized corruption and power abuse ruin RP.
Internal Affairs will be active and independent. If someone abuses their authority, they will be investigated properly and punished IC. Rank won’t protect anyone.
2. Better Training
Bad training leads to bad RP. That’s simple.
Recruitment will be stricter. New officers will be tested on rules, trained in scenarios, to Ensure they Sell Insurance Properly
