1.I’ve been a part of Ballas and Bloods in the past, and I held high-ranking positions that I had to genuinely work for. Those ranks weren’t handed to me—they were earned through time, effort, and dedication. Lately, I’ve noticed that some people are being given ranks too easily, without putting in the same level of work or commitment. I want to help change that. My goal is to make the ranking system fair and meaningful again, so promotions are based on effort, loyalty, and performance rather than being handed out freely. When ranks are earned properly, it creates more respect, structure, and motivation within the group as a whole.
2. I want people all across Los Santos to know our presence and recognize who we are the moment our name is mentioned. Our goal is to stand out as the strongest and most organized gang in the city, built on respect, structure, and earned reputation. We don’t want to be known for chaos or shortcuts—we want to be known for discipline, loyalty, and dominance through unity.
3. I’ve developed and learned effective strategies that can significantly improve our coordination and overall performance. My Advices to improve the RolePlay level in the organization are:
1. Make sure All bonus Are paid in full
2. Remove rule breaks that are happening in the Organization
3. Remove disrespect from people among the organization and through other gangs.
4. make the gang feel alive, respected, and authentic in the streets of Los Santos
Goals to achieve in my Leadership:
1. Reach as many people as we can in the Organization
2.To lead with structure, discipline, and loyalty so the gang feels realistic and unified.
3. Try to win as much turf as possible
4. Best Ghetto activity winning all fights.
5. Activity at night time.
