1. Why do you want to become the Leader of EMS?
I am applying for the position of EMS Leader because I strongly believe that EMS has much more potential than what is currently being utilized. My motivation is based on experience, responsibility, and long-term vision.
(i), EMS activity can be significantly improved. At the moment, EMS participation in GS calls, store robberies, hostage situations, and other emergency scenarios is limited. As a leader, my priority will be to ensure EMS responds actively and professionally to all medical situations. Every citizen who requests medical assistance should receive timely and proper care.
(ii), I bring strong leadership and organizational experience. I have served in multiple organizations at high-command and HR levels, including:
- Federal Commander of HR – FIB
- Chief of Staff of HR – FIB
- Deputy Head of Department of HR – SAHP
- Deputy Head of Department of HR – LSPD
- Human Resource & Dean of Division – EMS
- FPPF – Government
Through these roles, I have gained experience in team management, discipline enforcement, conflict resolution, and department activation. I have successfully handled inactive departments and turned them into functioning, motivated teams.
(iii), I want to build a disciplined yet supportive EMS environment. I believe EMS works best when members feel respected, motivated, and valued. My goal is to create an EMS family that is professional during operations and united internally, ensuring long-term stability and high-quality roleplay.
2. How will you improve the RolePlay level in EMS?
My approach focuses on structure, motivation, and consistent activity.
- Team Support: My deputies and I will actively support EMS members in both operational and internal matters, ensuring clear communication and trust.
- Bonuses & Incentives: Competitive bonuses along with hourly salary will be provided to keep members motivated and interested in their roles.
- Operational Activity: EMS will actively participate in GS calls, hostage situations, store robberies, bank protection, aircraft carrier operations, and other emergency RP scenarios. GS calls will always remain our top priority.
- Night Shift Activity: Additional bonuses will be introduced for night-shift personnel to maintain 24/7 EMS availability.
- Weekly Tasks: Weekly objectives will be assigned, similar to systems I successfully implemented while serving as Federal Commander and Chief of Staff in FIB. Members completing these tasks will receive extra rewards.
- Promotion Ceremonies: Regular promotion ceremonies will be held to recognize effort, boost morale, and encourage dedication.
- Professional Communication: I maintain a friendly yet respectful leadership style. I treat EMS members as colleagues, which helps build strong communication and a positive working environment.
